Leaks and doesn't shut off properly : Sunbeam 3017-000-000 Classic Non-Stick Soleplate Iron, Chrome Skirt

I am regularly person who irons clothes just before going to work in the morning. Using this iron is the worst way to start the day!! Luckily I did not buy this but was it was given to me. Never understanding about irons too much and have been using it for practically 2 years and its been a torture.

It steams like it has a mind of its own. Doesn't even do a decent job of getting wrinkles out. Have to spend 15 mins just to iron one pair of trousers. And suddenly it gets too hot and messes the fabric. Please don't use this no matter how cheap it is. You will waste more time and money using this on your clothes. And did i say it leaks all the time?
